In partnership with Leeds Art Gallery and Yorkshire Dance, Katja has created a moving performance-ritual with people in Leeds who have a heightened awareness of how they move because of age or physical condition. CORPUS zooms in on the transfer of embodied knowledge to a communal body. In this embodied knowledge lies the basis for kinetic empathy. You are invited to experience how our bodies hold deep knowledge of our memories and emotions in this moving, intimate performance of slowed-down gestures.
